Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a background as a systems administrator with hands-on administration experience in at least one core enterprise platform, particularly ServiceNow. We need strong experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, releases, patches, and functional change management. We value a working knowledge of ITIL service management principles. We require strong communication skills and experience working directly with teams, users, stakeholders, vendors, and partners. We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding of enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure, and Intune. We need someone who can manage multiple workstreams and stay organised without losing track of priorities. We prefer experience handling escalations beyond first-line support and resolving larger outages, upgrades, and improvements. Development experience is not required, but a solid technical foundation is important. Responsibilities: We will expect you to own and administer a small portfolio of enterprise applications, primarily ServiceNow. We will rely on you to manage configuration across our application suite, including functional responsibility for changes. We will need you to oversee releases and patches for the platforms we support. We will ask you to handle escalations that go beyond first-line support. We will expect you to maintain documentation, automation, and training materials to reduce repeat queries. We will rely on you to work with internal teams, users, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to resolve outages and drive improvements. We will need you to support upgrades and ongoing platform enhancements. We will expect you to work from our central Glasgow office 2-3 days per week in a hybrid setup.
