In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support across a range of IT and networking platforms, helping customers and internal teams resolve issues efficiently. Your day could involve troubleshooting Windows and Active Directory environments, supporting virtual infrastructure on VMware and vSphere, or maintaining secure internal systems. Skills required from the Support Technician: Degree qualified or relevant commercial experience in technical support or IT environments.
