PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR LOCUM, 3+ PQE, PART-TIME, LONDON, £45 - £53 PER HOUR
A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to support their team on a part-time basis—two days per week for approximately three months. Job Reference: 9954
Responsibilities include:
* Handling all areas of private client law, including Will drafting, LPAs, estate planning, Court of Protection matters, and estate administration.
* Managing cases at various stages, ensuring good progress and providing tailored solutions to clients.
Requirements:
* At least three years’ PQE with experience in complex probate matters.
* STEP qualification is preferred.
