Territory Sales Manager – Aggregates - Fixed Term Contract Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building customer relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to manage a portfolio of accounts across a defined geographical region Kent & Sussex In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy that focuses on increasing market share (volume), growing revenue, and improving RCO profit. You’ll engage with both existing and new customers through various channels, including digital platforms, and have the opportunity to sell value-add products and services within your territory. Key Responsibilities: Lead the portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding service and support. Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Develop and sell value-added products and services. Build strong relationships with both existing and new customers. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business success. Key accountabilities Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers. Call cycles for customers and prospects defined and adhered to. Use a variety of digital media, including video calls, to maintain close customer contact.
