Responsibilities
1. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Breakdown/Reactive Maintenance of Plant and Equipment.
2. Ensure maintenance is performed according to schedule, with effective corrective actions.
3. Respond promptly to breakdowns, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
4. Communicate breakdowns to management and collaborate to minimize plant disruption.
5. Follow engineering standards and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
6. Participate in Mechanical and Electrical projects and installations, ensuring efficiency and environmental compliance.
Candidate Requirements
1. Time-served Multi-skilled Apprenticeship in relevant engineering discipline.
2. Proactive safety approach with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
4. Flexible, positive attitude, and team player.
5. Experience in food manufacturing, IEE 17th or 18th Edition, PLC, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems is desirable.
