This is a consistent day shift, no shift available for nights perfect for those who value stability, routine and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Your Role:
1. Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines
2. Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment
3. Encourage independence, dignity, and choice for every resident
4. Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents and their families
5. Keep accurate records and communicate changes to the wider care team
6. Work as part of a compassionate, dedicated team that values your experience
Who We’re Looking For:
7. Proven experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting, your skills and knowledge are essential
8. A caring, dependable approach with excellent teamwork and communication skills
9. Current PVG or willingness to apply
10. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
