Key Responsibilities: Deliver targeted support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, and communication challenges Assist with classroom activities, ensuring pupils remain engaged and focused Support non-verbal and pre-verbal learners using appropriate communication methods Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement tailored strategies Monitor and record pupil progress and report observations as required Help promote social skills, independence, and positive behavior Requirements: Significant experience working in schools as an SEN Learning Support Assistant Proven expertise supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties Experience working with non-verbal and pre-verbal children Strong understanding of SEN strategies and individualised education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills Relevant qualifications in SEN or education support (preferred but not essential)
