Role: FP&A ManagerSalary: £60,000 - £70,000Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Hemel Hempstead office)
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing finance team. This role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, with two days per week based in the Hemel Hempstead office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
* Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary
* Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to challenge performance and support commercial decisions
* Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
* Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data quality
* Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required
Requirements
* Proven experience in an FP&A or management accounting role at a similar level
* Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider finance team
