Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) Tunbridge Wells Hospital | Nursing | Fixed Term (1 year) | Full time Up to £44,000 depending on experience 37.5hours per week

Main duties of the job

The opportunity As a Senior Theatre Practitioner you will; Work on a varied caseload using different, equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art. Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff. Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate Work within all three different parts in theatre Scrub and assist for theatre cases Cover On-Call Rota for the department The person To succeed as a Senior Theatre Practitioner you will have; High levels of focus and engagement. A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail. Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Post-registration experience. Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated. Key information about the role. This role will allow you to work within all parts in theatre which include Recovery, Theatre, Anaesthetics and SFA Please remember to inform your line manager when making your internal application.
