Salary - up to £32,000 DOE
We’re working with a well-established and ambitious consultancy specialising in the Food & FMCG manufacturing sector across the UK. With over a decade of success and a strong, loyal client base, they are now looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to support their growing division.

The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting delivery across a wide range of FMCG roles while building your own knowledge of the market.
You’ll be sourcing candidates for roles including:
* Production & Operations Managers
* Technical & Quality professionals
* Engineering & Maintenance roles
* Warehouse & Logistics staff
* Hygiene & QA teams
* Finance professionals
* Sales roles within FMCG
* Manufacturing roles at all levels
* Senior & Board-level appointments
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
* Building and managing candidate pipelines within the FMCG sector
* Screening and qualifying candidates
* Supporting consultants on live vacancies
* Managing candidate relationships throughout the process
* Keeping CRM systems updated and organised
