Wills and Probate Lawyer – Leamington Spa
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wills & Probate Lawyer to join our client’s well-established and friendly team at its Leamington Spa office. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload with a supportive and collaborative department.
The Role
* Managing a mixed and varied caseload of:
o Wills
o Lasting Powers of Attorney
o Trusts
o Estates
* Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion
* Working independently with minimal supervision
* Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
* Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with agreed timescales
* Keeping clients regularly informed on progress and costs
* Delivering outstanding client care throughout every matter
Essential Skills & Experience
* A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a full Wills & Probate caseload
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong client-care focus with a professional and empathetic approach
* Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
* A strong fee income record
