Overview

Are you passionate about using HR and payroll systems to improve services and enhance customer experience? Do you possess the leadership and vision to develop and inspire a high-performing systems team, elevating the quality of our HR and payroll services? Do you bring proven expertise in HR systems, with a track record of leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance user experience? Do you have experience working with ResourceLink HR & Payroll software?


Responsibilities

* Supporting the strategy
* Development and operation of the HR and Payroll System (ResourceLink) across Xentrall HR Services
* Leading system implementation
* Enhancements and day-to-day maintenance
* Providing workforce data and management information
* Supporting senior-level engagement
* Contributing to continuous service improvement


About the role

Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies. The Business Partner – Systems will play a key role in the above responsibilities.

* 27 days annual leave per year rising to 32 with 5 years service (plus bank holidays). Ability to purchase additional leave is also available.
