* Supporting the strategy
* Development and operation of the HR and Payroll System (ResourceLink) across Xentrall HR Services
* Leading system implementation
* Enhancements and day-to-day maintenance
* Providing workforce data and management information
* Supporting senior-level engagement
* Contributing to continuous service improvement
About the role
Xentrall HR Services delivers comprehensive Payroll and Recruitment support to both Stockton and Darlington Borough Councils, as well as to a wide network of schools and academies. The Business Partner – Systems will play a key role in the above responsibilities.
