A leading law firm in South West London are recruiting for a Senior Private Client Solicitor.
Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (4+ years PQE)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Location: South West London
The successful candidate will have proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and elderly client matters
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and managing trusts and strategies for distributing assets.
* Managing complex estates that span multiple countries.
* Structuring assets and planning wills in a tax-efficient way.
* Planning for estate and tax matters related to divorce.
* Providing advice on trusts and taxes in cases of disputes over estates.
About you:
* A confident, personable nature.
* The ability to be proactive and reactive in addressing clients’ affairs and requirements.
* Strong communications skills
