Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £38,625, with potential on-target earnings of up to £50,000.
Guaranteed Overtime: Boost your earnings with an option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced 40-hour work week, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role as a Mobile Mechanic
As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one with:

Key Qualities:
* You enjoy variety in your work—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
* You think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
