£14.65 per hour + mileage (45p per mile)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Community Support Worker to support both clients and the wider care team.

This is a key role within the service, combining hands-on care with additional responsibilities to support quality, compliance and day-to-day operations.

Working Pattern
* Alternate weekends required
o One working weekend
o One on-call weekend
* On-call requirement: 1 in 4 (including weekends as part of rota)
