We are recruiting for a full-time Chef to join our busy team at our Garden Centre restaurant in Ottery St Mary, East Devon.
39 hours per week, no split-shifts
Responsibilities:
* Breakfast preparation and service
* Lunch preparation and service
* Keeping a clean/tidy section and end of day cleaning. Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
* Daily due-diligence
Ideal candidate:
* Experience of preparing breakfast station and serving breakfast to a required standard.
* Able to be flexible in the kitchen and willing to work in a variety of sections over lunch service.
* Demonstrate good team working skills and able to uphold a good rapport with colleagues.
* Good personal and food hygiene standards.
* Self-motivated and a willingness to contribute to improving processes and development if necessary.
No split shifts and only one weekend day per week. Fixed rota with available overtime in season.
