We’re now looking for a confident, customer-focused Dispute Controller to join our growing operations team. You’ll play a key part in managing customer enquiries, coordinating hire orders, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
The impact you’ll have:
You’ll be the voice of calm and reason when things go wrong — resolving disputes quickly and fairly, protecting customer trust, and supporting operational improvement. Your ability to balance empathy with commercial awareness will help turn challenges into opportunities for stronger partnerships.
A typical day:
* Receive and acknowledge customer disputes promptly and professionally
* Investigate the facts using contracts, delivery notes, correspondence, and evidence
* Track disputes through to full closure, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
* Liaise with third-party suppliers to review evidence and discuss disputes
* Assess the commercial impact of disputes and agree on appropriate credits, refunds, or compensation
* Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process
* Identify recurring issues and work with teams to address root causes
