Responsible for managing projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Guides and coordinates with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators, providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team. Delivers internal fee expectations (where appropriate) together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.
Note: This role will require being able to routinely work part of weeks from clients in the Warrington and Manchester area. This role requires the ability to hold UK security clearance to BPSS as a minimum.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Delivering effective project management across medium‑sized projects.
* Coordinating planning, communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Overseeing budgets, fees and commercial controls to meet agreed outcomes.
* Applying project management methodologies and construction sequencing knowledge.
* Managing bidding, reporting and project documentation activities.
* Managing project stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
* Resolving planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration issues.
* Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to support team performance.
You’ll Need To Have
* Significant project management experience across medium or complex project delivery stages.
* Professional membership (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).
* Related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship.
* Appropriate CSCS card and strong understanding of construction delivery practices.
