Overview
Our Client is looking for an Administration Assistant with previous experience.
In this role you will be responsible to provide a flexible and responsive administrative support service and to contribute to the effective management of the Childrens & Joint Commissioning Services. You will also be responsible for handling confidential information of a personal nature and must ensure that this information is kept securely at all times and is not disclosed inappropriately.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to officers/ social workers, taking telephone calls, room bookings and preparing and clearing meeting rooms.
* Maintaining computerised records and databases including data input e.g. ICS, Integra, EPR, EHM. All training will be provided.
* Attend and participate in training and development courses for staff as required, and participate in schemes of assessment, professional development and review.
* Operating an efficient administrative system dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying and scanning of documents and uploading onto the relevant systems.
