Purpose Of The Role

This role covers the following Territories: Brighton, Crawley, Eastbourne, Sevenoaks and Eastbourne.

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member, will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben and Jerrys, Walls, and Magnum.

As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for raising Unilever's ice cream brand's performance, awareness, and availability across UK grocery retailers. You will carry out retail store visits within a defined territory, focusing on driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to enhance turnover and market share using our data tools.


Responsibilities Of The Role

* Visiting grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with decision makers and add value to the store.
* Using data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
* Negotiating with store decision makers to ensure product distribution, availability, and sales increase, while raising brand awareness and engagement.
* Monitoring in-store conditions to identify problems and opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence.
* Following Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
* Delivering professional and effective store calls.
* Recording all information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.


Candidate Profile

* Experience in Sales, preferably in Independents, Wholesale, and Convenience sectors.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Motivated to build brand awareness and achieve results.
* Results-driven and data-savvy.
* Valid UK manual driving license.
