Location: London, Hybrid (3 days a week in Shoreditch office)
Reports to: Head of Production
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Producer to produce multimedia content for our clients across the entertainment sector as well as our own Ralph-branded entertainment output. The content range includes lo-fi fast turnaround social media content (TikTok/Reels), talent-led junkets and marketing content capture days, on-set BTS, EPKs, podcasts and more refined scripted brand films. This is a client-facing role, so the ideal candidate will be confident in communicating directly with clients, acting as the lead production contact from brief through to delivery, and ensuring a smooth, collaborative process throughout.
About you
> You should have 5+ years proven experience in video production both on and off set, ideally with a social media focus.
> You are extremely organised and are comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
> You are proactive and driven, with an easy-going, friendly personality. You will need a lack of ego and a “get it done” attitude, to be comfortable with ambiguity and have a willingness to be flexible.
> You have a positive, collaborative approach to working to short turnaround times.
> You are confident and professional in client-facing environments, with experience acting as the key production contact across multiple projects.
> You have strong knowledge of production workflows across pre, shoot and post.
> You are confident with budgeting and managing production finance.
> You have a solid network of contacts within the production industry (freelancer crew, talent agents, locations, suppliers, editors, etc.)
> You are knowledgeable and passionate about the entertainment industry (particularly TV & Film but also music and gaming) with an interest in social media marketing, particularly in regards to video content.
> You should be familiar with production tools particularly Google Suite and Frame.io
Duties
> Lead all aspects of shoot production, from concept development and pre-production through shoot day, post-production and final delivery.
> Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the production process, managing expectations, communicating updates, and building strong working relationships.
> Source and manage freelancer crew, talent, locations and suppliers.
> Oversee permits, contracts, insurance, call sheets, and risk assessments.
> Creation of budget estimates, production schedules, scope of work documentation and having overall project ownership.
> Day-to-day project management - with accounts assigned by Managing Director and Head of Production - mostly on projects involving bespoke Ralph-shot content but also on client-supplied content (e.g. TV/film)
> This is a full-time role where you will be expected to work 3 days in Ralph’s office in Shoreditch. Occasionally weekend and evening work will be required for shoots, in which case time in lieu will be given.
