About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Apprenticeship Account Manager to join our team. In this client-facing role, you'll manage and develop relationships with both new and existing employers, ensuring the successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with apprenticeship employers
* Identify training needs and provide funding advice
* Support new employers through the onboarding process
* Conduct health and safety appraisals at employer sites
* Attend phone calls, site visits, and networking events to engage employers
* Monitor and enhance the employer and learner experience
* Actively collect and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Provide regular updates on apprentice progress
* Use labour market intelligence to inform business development
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
* Refer commercial opportunities to appropriate teams
* Represent TSW at events, meetings, and with external stakeholders
* Comply with GDPR, health and safety, and safeguarding policies
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and people focused. You'll need to be comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in account management, business development, or employer engagement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
* Strong IT and digital skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively
* Experience using CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required)
Desirable:
* Customer Service Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience in the Work-Based Learning sector
* Welsh speaking (preferred)
* Understanding of Prevent Duty and safeguarding practices

* Timely recruitment of apprentices aligned with business goals
* High levels of employer and learner satisfaction
* Accurate and timely documentation
* Continuous quality improvements based on feedback
