Location: Witham, Essex (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday - with an early Friday finish!
Contract Type: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing Enquiries: Keep the estimating inbox running smoothly and respond promptly to all incoming requests.
Creating Quotations: Use internal software to produce accurate, competitive quotes for sealed unit products.
Customer Support: Provide clear, professional responses to technical queries and offer practical solutions.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular reports for the sales team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure quotes are feasible and aligned with capabilities.
Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to convert them into confirmed orders.
Process Improvement: Share ideas to enhance estimating processes and improve data accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Experience in estimating, quoting, or a similar technical support role
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using CRM or estimating software
