Property Lawyer / Conveyancer - Residential Property - 2+ Years PQE - Exmouth
Location: Exmouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)
A leading South West law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join its established Property team in Exmouth. The Role
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Acting on freehold and leasehold sales purchases
* Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property transactions
* Providing clear, client focused advice throughout the transaction
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
* Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements>
* Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the Property team
Candidate Requirements
* Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Practitioner
* With a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
* Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high quality service
* Team oriented, with a positive and professional approach
