Binks Yard
Seasonal position
Working together with our Executive Chef, General Manager and Events Operations Manager we are looking for somebody to lead our external kitchen for the upcoming event season. This role will cover events and corporate BBQ, with the support of the Binks Team.
We have a variety of events from live dj's to tribute acts and all day family events. We have a purpose built kitchen ready to deliver and require somebody who wants to work in a festival/live music atmoshpere delivering quality food.
Required:
1. Sous chef/head chef experience or demonstrated
background knowledge of festival/food truck background
2. Able to understand and deliver specs
3. Able to run a small casual team and deliver food to
standards required
4. Knowledge of Food Safety compliance
