Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming nursery team in Fareham.

The Role
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
* Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
* Develop positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
About You
* Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (required)
* Have a caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Possess a good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
* Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
* Be passionate about supporting children in their early development
