Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bakery
* Oversee food preparation, baking processes, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
* Manage inventory levels, and monitor stock rotation to minimise waste.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene across all bakery operations.
* Develop new recipes and optimise existing ones to meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue while controlling costs.
* Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
Experience
* Background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
* Experience working in bakery or pastry production is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations relevant to bakery operations.
* Familiarity with food service equipment, baking techniques, and culinary trends.
