Overview
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who can be an asset to the existing team. This role includes a large amount of paperwork, emails, processing of orders, stock checking and more.
Responsibilities
* Operate from offices near Watford; take ownership of accounts from order to dispatch to invoice.
* Manage paperwork and customer communications (emails and calls).
* Process orders and perform stock checking.
* Liaise with the warehouse and coordinate activities as needed.
* Carry out very basic repairs (full training provided).
* Handle other duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel including formulas.
* Comfortable dealing with client enquiries via phone or email.
* IT literate with the ability to learn in-house CRM system.
* Ability to multi-task with a proactive approach to workload.
Offer
* Salary of £26,000 – £28,000 per annum.
