I am supporting a growng retailer with the appointment of a Central Operations Manager. You'll be the key link between Head Office, Retail, and Distribution Centres - leading a small team, resolving operational issues, improving systems, and creating scalable, repeatable processes. ?? Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a high-performing Central Ops team
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery across departments
* Run improvement projects and streamline processes using Lean Six Sigma
* Build clear SOPs and process playbooks
* Manage operational queries via CRM/ticketing systems
* Align priorities across HO, Retail, and DCs
* Investigate root causes and implement lasting fixes
* Use advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.) to inform decisions
? What You'll Bring
* Background in retail or warehouse operations
* Confident stakeholder management
* CRM/ticketing system experience
* Lean Six Sigma knowledge
* Advanced Excel; SQL a bonus
* Proactive, analytical, and solutions-driven
