Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Permanent work in Hull with a reputable engineering company
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum with additional benefits
Schedule: You'll be working Monday to Friday with the usual core hours of 07:00 -15:00 or 08:00 – 16:00. Peak season (Mid-June – last week of August) Shift pattern will be, 4 on 2 off, rotating over days and nights, with the hours of 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 – 06:00. Off season (September – June) would see a significant reduction in working hours. This would result in a extremely flexible work schedule during off season. Further details will be discussed at interview.

Requirements:
* Qualified to minimum HNC/HND level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Must have experience as an Electrical maintenance engineer.
* Project and maintenance planning experience would be ideal.
* Experienced working in a facilities or engineering environment would be essential.
* Some mechanical skills alongside electrical skills would be essential.
* Experienced working with ammonia refrigeration systems would be highly desirable.
* Able to adapt to a flexible working pattern during peak season (This is essential).
* Experience working in a FMCG environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Duties:
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
* Deal with quotations, cost control, labour scheduling and contractor control.
* Manage maintenance projects.
* Install new machines.
* Carry out PPM’s.
* Fault finding of machinery.
* Adhere to health and safety requirements.
