Office Manager / Personal Assistant
Location: Mayfair, London (on-site, 5 days)

Our collaborative, fast-paced environment offers exposure to a wide range of projects and senior stakeholders. You will work closely with the Directors of the business.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is a broad and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on variety and takes ownership and is comfortable acting as a trusted right hand to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Full diary management and meeting coordination for the Director
· Preparing and distributing drawdowns, and related documentation
· Invoice reconciliation
· Formatting letters, contracts, reports and daily use of Docusign.
· Updating presentations, website content, and company communications (News, LinkedIn)
· Managing office operations including stock/supplies, facilities, H&S compliance, and overall presentation
· Acting as first point of contact: answering calls, greeting guests, and hosting meetings
· Liaising with IT support, building management, clients, suppliers and service providers.
· Organising events, work experience schedules, and team activities
· Booking travel, couriers, and handling post
· Handling ad hoc requests across the team
· Maintain filing systems
