Job Description
Our client, an established component and parts manufacturing company, is currently recruiting CNC Machinist to join their manufacturing team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible Cutting, grinding or drilling materials in CNC machines as required as well as adjusting speeds, cutter paths and other machine settings as required.
Key Responsibilities for the CNC Machinist:
* Loading materials and unloading finished products
* Cut, grind or drill materials in machine as required - adjusting speeds, cutter paths and other machine settings as required
* Maintaining an accurate log of production and equipment problems, adjustments, and repairs. Machine inspections for mechanical or safety issues
* Ensures machines are well stocked with tools and material to ensure limited downtime
Skills Required for the CNC Machinist:
* Strong experience with Milling or Turning CNC Machines
* Time Served apprenticeship background
* Strong communication skills
