HSEQ Advisor UK-wide / Regional | £45,000 + benefits
We're working with a facilities management provider to recruit an HSEQ Advisor, supporting safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery across sites and projects.
This is a hands-on role focused on audits, inspections, contractor management and practical HSEQ support.
Responsibilities
* Provide HSEQ advice and support to operational teams and clients.
* Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
* Investigate incidents and manage RIDDOR reporting where required.
* Review contractor RAMS and monitor on-site compliance.
* Support HSEQ initiatives, campaigns and behavioural safety.
* Produce clear reports and performance updates.
What We're Looking For
* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
* Experience in an HSEQ role within FM, construction or a similar environment.
* Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
* Confident, practical approach with strong influencing skills.
* Working knowledge of CDM 2015 - desirable.
