The role
Speaking with warm leads and identifying customer insurance needs
Conducting fact-finding conversations to understand budgets and priorities
Advising customers on appropriate insurance solutions
Generating quotes and guiding customers through policy options
Handling objections confidently and converting enquiries into sales
Delivering excellent customer service while consistently hitting targets
What youll need
Motivation to succeed and exceed targets
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence speaking with customers via phone and email
Ability to quickly build rapport and trust

Desirable experience
Previous phone based sales or telesales experience Knowledge of insurance or financial services Experience working in competitive, commission led roles
