About the Role


We’re looking for a proactive, intuitive Personal Assistant to join The Siren Group, a global PR and brand strategy agency working with digital creators and boundary-pushing brands across the UK, Australia and the US.


This role is about more than admin. You’ll be the right hand to Founder & Director, Emma Gillman, helping to keep her time, focus, and energy where it’s needed most.


The role will involve cross-timezone meetings, but we are firm on not working ‘overtime’. While flexibility will occasionally be required, working hours will be distributed to account for these catch-ups.


You’ll manage the small details that make a big difference: from running a fast-paced international diary, coordinating travel and team meetings, to supporting creative projects including event planning and launches. No two weeks will look the same.

Our clients span the globe, our team works across time zones, and our culture sits somewhere between newsroom precision and creative agency chaos (in the best way possible).


You’ll Be Responsible For

* Managing Emma’s international calendar across AU, UK & US time zones — protecting her time and energy.
* Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics with clients, media and partners.
* Assisting with client onboarding — contracts, invoices, onboarding forms, and folder setup.
* Managing inbox triage, flagging priorities, and preparing meeting notes and action lists.
* Coordinating global travel — flights, accommodation, itineraries, and scheduling.
* Supporting social and brand logistics: photoshoots, event planning, and content coordination.
* Managing internal workflows in Notion, Slack, and Google Drive to keep operations seamless.
* Handling personal admin (scheduling, bookings, occasional errands) to create breathing room in a fast-paced week.
* Liaising with suppliers, freelancers, and partners to ensure every moving part runs smoothly.
* Scheduling social media content & liaise with social media team.
* General creative brainstorming and delegation to relevant stakeholders.


About You


* Extraverted and sex-positive
* Organised and proactive. You anticipate needs before they’re said aloud.
* Confident communicator with great written and verbal polish.
* Warm, grounded, and discreet — you get the nature of working with public figures and sensitive client work.
* You know your way around Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Canva (or learn fast).
* Creative-minded — you enjoy working in a high-energy, media-driven environment.
* You thrive in boutique, founder-led businesses where things move fast and autonomy is a must.


What You’ll Gain

You’ll work closely with the Founder, learn how a high-performing creative business runs day-to-day, and contribute directly to the brand’s international expansion. You’ll also help shape how the UK office operates — setting up systems, structure, and rhythm from day one.


Details

Flexible on part-time OR full-time.

Location: Hybrid (mostly remote with regular meetings in Nottingham)

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: Competitive day rate based on experience.
