Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Benefits

W&A is supporting a rapidly growing marketing technology business operating at the forefront of the beverage industry. As they embark on a significant expansion, they’re seeking a detail-driven Finance Analyst to help drive performance and innovation across their financial operations.
The Opportunity
This is more than just a finance role, it's a chance to influence the future of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company. You'll join a multinational team managing finance across the UK and US, supporting financial reporting, operational finance, and commercial insight. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll deliver analysis that enables smarter decision-making and process improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver in-depth financial analysis to assess profitability, identify trends, and highlight opportunities.
* Support financial reporting cycles including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
* Perform operational finance tasks such as bank and credit card reconciliations, invoice processing, and customer billing.
* Contribute to the preparation of management accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and support wider business objectives.
* Assist with system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
* 2–3 years’ experience in finance, ideally with exposure to analysis, reporting, or workflow optimisation.
* Strong attention to detail and time management in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* Advanced Excel skills with comfort in financial modelling and data analysis.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
* A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Background Sought:
* Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
* Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
