About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Lincoln. This is a part-time role, working one full day each week (Thursdays, 9am-5pm), where you'll play an important part in keeping our accounts accurate and up to date. You'll be hands-on with Xero, managing invoice reconciliations and supporting our finance function with day-to-day admin.

Key Responsibilities
* Reconcile purchase invoices into Xero
* Reconcile sales invoices into Xero
* Maintain accuracy and consistency across financial records
* Support the Managing Director and Accounts team with general financial admin
* Assist with general admin duties where needed.
What we're Looking For
* Experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
* Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Strong organisational and communication skills
