Dealers for Nanni engines, Lofrans and Max Power they also offer complete wiring and electronic installations and fault finding, as well as in-house rigging and re-rigging services. Additionally, they operate a chandlery and supply marine items to order.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Engineer. The Marine Engineer will be responsible for undertaking repairs, maintenance, reconditioning, and replacement of marine equipment. Daily tasks include servicing and repairs as well as assisting with rigging services. This role is based at Southsea Marina.
Qualifications
* Experience in pleasure boat repair and maintenance preferred
* Some knowledge and experience of boating and pleasure craft use.
* Proficiency in basic Marine Engineering
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant certifications or a degree in marine engineering or related field are a plus
