Job Description:

Hunter Savage is hiring an internally promoted, part-time Finance Officer to support our growing business and the Operations Team. This role is based in Belfast City Centre, offering flexible days and hours, with a salary depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a team of senior recruiters with an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting functions for two companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland. We are seeking an experienced finance professional who can start immediately.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Payroll processing for weekly and monthly cycles
2. Invoicing for UK and Ireland businesses
3. Credit control
4. Reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments
5. Reconciling received payments
6. VAT returns
7. Month-end financial preparations
