The role
Key Responsibilities
- Own functional test strategy and planning for AMS releases, patches, and enhancements
- Lead System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing cycles for Oracle HRMS EBS
- Coordinate testing for HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.
- Ensure adequate test coverage for payroll, statutory processing, and business-critical scenarios
- Manage test execution, defect triage, retesting, and closure in coordination with AMS teams
- Maintain RTM, test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and test assets
Required Skills & Experienc
- e10–14+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite functional testin
- gStrong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules
- .Hands-on experience managing AMS testing cycles and release validatio
- nStrong understanding of HRMS business processes and payroll processing cycle
