This role involves detailed polishing of metal components to remove defects and ensure compliance with exacting specifications. Ideal for someone with hands-on experience in metal finishing, casting, or related fields. Hours of Work: Week 1 (Mornings): 05:30 to 13:45 (Monday to Thursday), 05:30 to 11:45 (Friday) – £13.59 per hour Week 2 (Lates): 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Thursday), 12:00 to 19:05 (Friday) – £15.29 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform polishing tasks across a variety of operations, including: Aerofoil (basic and complex) Radius (basic and complex) Edge finishing (leading/trailing) Core exit flash removal Inter vane and shroud polishing Deburring and use of small/large power grinders Use precision measuring tools to assess and adjust parts.
