Ideal Background
We are seeking someone with practical experience in building and sustaining high performance cultures. This could come from:
* A high-performance business environment (e.g. elite sales, consultancy, scale-up operations)
* A sports performance or coaching background, particularly with experience in performance systems and mindset development
* A disciplined, performance-focused culture such as military or elite training academies
