Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax balances under IFRS for financial reporting.
* Oversee entity tax reporting, ensuring smooth delivery of year-end tax balances across multiple legal entities.
* Forecast effective tax rates and cash tax implications by analysing business trends and tax developments worldwide.
* Coordinate risk reporting, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage tax-related risks.
* Lead the preparation of country-by-country tax reports for public disclosure, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Enhance tax reporting processes through automation and technology, leveraging tools such as Alteryx and Power BI.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
About You
* Strong foundation in accounting and tax principles (CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of international tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
* Experience working with large datasets and using analytical tools for tax reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive operational improvements.
