Our Team: We’ve found that the best way to learn is to do so in an environment which is as close to the actual job as possible. Training is 75% independent learning in a Learning Management System, where COps discover our app, products, and internal tools through videos, infographics, realistic mock-ups and prototypes. COps then embed what they’ve learned through workshops that are supportive and encourage group discussions and planned activities. Your role is to design and build the learning experiences that COps spend 75% of their training time using.
