Due to continued growth, ESNE are recruiting an experienced control systems design engineer to join our team on Teesside.
The position will involve delivering projects from initial tender/design concept through to commissioning.
The Role
* Prepare and issue quotations from initial enquiry.
* Managing and owning projects.
* Design of control systems to UK & CE regulations/standards.
* Design of control systems to client specification.
* Liaise with clients throughout the project with the flexibility to adapt to change.
* Produce wiring schematics and general arrangement drawings using EPLAN and AutoCAD.
* Design of MCCs, LV switchgear, PLC systems, instrumentation/process systems, and safety systems from concept.
* Produce and issue project documentation.
* Specify and procure project materials and equipment.
* Carry out site surveys and assess project requirements.
* FAT testing of completed assemblies.
Requirements
* Educated to ONC/HNC or degree level.
* Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, Instrumentation & Machine Safety applications.
* Flexible approach required to deliver projects on time with occasional overtime and weekends available.
* EPLAN /AutoCAD experience beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Experience:
* Electrical Engineering: 4 years (preferred)
