Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work for our client based in the Birmingham area, B25.
This is a temporary position for the right client for approximately four months.
Duties will include:-
Data entry using the in-house system.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
Speak to clients regarding orders and products.
Dealing with queries via telephone and emails.
Data entry onto a in-house system.Requirements:-
Must have administrative experience in an office environment.
Be confident using the telephone.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Be able to work in a small team.Full training will be given on the in-house system.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - 1/2 lunch.
