As a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with severe and complex needs to achieve their full potential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs
* Assisting teachers with personalised learning plans, using strategies informed by psychology and therapeutic approaches

We are seeking a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant who
* Has a Psychology degree (2:1 or above) or related field—Education, Child Development, SEN Studies.
* Has a strong understanding of SEN and SEMH needs, with experience working with students on EHCPs.
* Ideally has experience in a specialist or SEN setting, though training is provided.
* Is prepared to support moving and handling, personal care, and mealtime routines with empathy and physical stamina.
* Can work proactively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
