Job summary
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Applied Psychologist (HCPC registered) or Psychological therapist (trained in an evidence based psychological therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, registered with relevant professional body) to join us at our Redcar community team at a time of community transformation.
The post would suit an enthusiastic Applied Psychologist or Psychological Therapist, valuing the opportunity to work collaboratively with members of a well-established multi-disciplinary team. A key part of this role will be using clinical leadership skills to embed formulations, psychological understanding, and psychosocial interventions in everyday practice.
The post holder will work across the treatment & intervention team and the community hub delivering effective, safe, and compassionate care. As a service, we are keen to support and invest in the ongoing development of our Psychology Professionals through CPD opportunities, so an interest in developing clinical skills across a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches is essential.
