Aqua Green Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a full-time role based in our Aberdeen Southern District office.
What you're doing
Manage and grow key client accounts (Modern Trade or HORECA), ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Regularly review and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Represent Aqua Green Limited at client meetings and industry events.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in an account management or key account management role, preferably within the FMCG industry, HoReCa and supermarket sectors.
Proven track record of growing and retaining high‑value client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Degree or relevant qualification in Account & Relationship Management or a related field.
Less experience can be considered for an Assistant Key Account Manager.
