Your Mission
Build and scale the cold-to-booked-call machine that drives Growth Shop’s pipeline. You’ll own our existing paid funnel, expand into new channels, and build a high-performance acquisition system—with elite media buyers, AI engineers, and full operational support behind you.
Growth Shop is a growth intelligence company with a senior full-stack service layer. We’ve helped build some of the fastest-growing consumer brands on the planet, including Resident Home and Victoria Beckham Beauty, with our leadership team driving over $1B in consumer and technology exits across North America and Europe.
Your mission is to build on this foundation by crafting and optimizing funnels that scale high-quality deal flow into Growth Shop.
Who You Are
You treat the cold-to-booked-call funnel like a product. You obsess over angles, creative, and landing flows that move cold traffic predictably into qualified calls—scaling without losing control of economics.
You’ve scaled paid acquisition funnels—especially in info-product, B2B services, or high-ticket offers—where the outcome is qualified, ready-to-close booked calls. You know how to systematically launch, test, and scale creative, whip Meta’s auction dynamics, and deliver controlled pipeline growth.
Your background is direct response at the core. You likely grew up on Dan Kennedy fundamentals, sharpened your instincts studying the best in info-product and high-ticket growth—people like Jason Fladlien, Alex Hormozi, and Russell Brunson—and know exactly what full-funnel execution looks like when it’s done properly.
You think in angles, hooks, and offers. You move cold traffic from first touch to booked call without relying on brand campaigns, guesswork, or vanity metrics.
Your KPI’s
1. Qualified Booked Calls: own the volume, quality, and cost per booked calls into Growth Shop’s pipeline. Success is measured by booked call volume, quality, and the cost per qualified booked call.
2. Channel Diversification & Scale: expand beyond Meta to build scalable acquisition across at least 2 additional scalable paid channels
3. Cross-Functional Impact: align acquisition strategy directly with sales and delivery leaders to target, qualify, and secure the right clients for Growth Shop’s growth goals.
4. Workflow Automation & Productization: work with product and AI engineers to automate your 80/20 to scale your acquisition system.
